To create the signature Bobbi Brown look, you’ll need three shadows: a light base shade, a medium lid shade and a dark liner shade.
Step 2
Light, Medium & Dark
Step 2Light, Medium & Dark
Apply the light shade from the lashline to browbone to neutralize any redness or discoloration on the eyelid. Sweep the medium shade on the lower lid, up to the crease. If the shade looks muddy on the skin, it’s too dark. If it looks ashy on the skin, it’s too light. Using an Eye Liner Brush, apply the dark shade as close to the base of lashes as possible. Start at the inner corner of the eye and move to the outer corner of the eye.
Step 3
Top Liner
Step 3Top Liner
Make sure liner on the upper lashline is thick enough to be visible when eyes are wide open.
Step 4
Bottom Liner
Step 4Bottom Liner
Liner on the lower lashline should always be softer and thinner than liner on the upper lashline. Top and bottom liner should meet at the outer corner of the eye.
Step 5
Mascara
Step 5Mascara
Curl lashes, then apply 2 to 3 coats of mascara, brushing from base to tips of lashes. Roll the wand as you go to separate lashes and avoid clumps.
